(2) Purchase subject and quantity: Wireless LAN Access Point System 1 set.

(6) Bidding method: The successful bidder will be determined by a comprehensive evaluation method; bidders must submit documents related to performance, functions, and technology (hereinafter "documents for comprehensive evaluation"). The bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount, rounded down to the nearest yen. Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount, regardless of consumption tax status. Eligibility: Bidders must not fall under Articles 46 or 47 of the University of Tsukuba Financial Regulations Enforcement Rules. Minors, persons under guardianship or assistance who have obtained necessary consent may be eligible under special reasons. Bidders must have Grade A, B, or C qualification for "sales of goods" in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region for fiscal 2026 under the national unified qualification or University of Tsukuba qualification. These qualifications are accepted at designated offices and the University of Tsukuba Financial Department Contract Section. Bidders must prove a system for rapid after-sales service and maintenance. Bidders must meet qualifications set by the Contract Officer under Article 49 of the Financial Regulations Enforcement Rules. Bidders under suspension by the Contract Officer are disqualified.
