1. Procurement Details
(1) Item Classification Numbers: 71, 29
(2) Procurement Subject and Quantity: Procurement of Internet Connectivity related to the Administrative Information Network System of the Okinawa General Bureau for fiscal year 2026
(3) Specifications: According to the tender documents.
(4) Delivery Deadline: According to the tender documents.

(6) Bidding Method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in their bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt entities for consumption tax and local consumption tax.

2. Eligibility for Competition
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Budget, Settlement and Accounting Act. However, minors, persons under guardianship or assistance who have obtained necessary consent for contract conclusion are exempt.
(2) Must not fall under Article 71 of the Budget, Settlement and Accounting Act.
(3) Must have the qualification for competitive participation in the Kyushu-Okinawa region rated A, B, or C for 'Provision of Services, etc.' under the Cabinet Office competitive participation qualification for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027.
(4) Must not be under suspension of designation by the contract officer, etc.
(5) Must meet the conditions of the tender documents and specifications.
