1. Procurement content:
(1) Item classification numbers 67, 29.
(2) Subject and quantity: Comprehensive services for provision of communication lines related to the migration to GSS of the computer processing system for the Fiscal Loan Fund.
(3) Specifications: According to the tender documents.
(4) Performance period: From October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2030.

(6) Tender method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent may be exceptions.
(2) Must not fall under Article 71 of the same order.
(3) Must have grades A, B, C or D in the Ministry of Finance's unified qualification for provision of services in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region, or pass qualification screening by the bid submission deadline.
(4) Must not be subject to suspension or similar sanctions by ministries (exceptions allowed by the responsible officer).
(5) Must be financially sound and capable of proper contract performance.
