Tender Notice:
The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: June 22, 2026. National University Corporation Osaka Kyoiku University, President Ikuko Okamoto. Procurement agency number 415, location number 27.
1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification number: 14
(2) Purchase subject and quantity: Complete AI server system for research and development of "Educational Agent AI"
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: According to the tender specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: December 28, 2026.
(5) Delivery location: Osaka Kyoiku University Kashiwara Campus.
(6) Tender method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Articles 5 or 6 of the Osaka Kyoiku University Contract Handling Regulations and must meet qualifications under Article 7.
(2) Must have a Grade A, B, or C rating in the Kinki region for "sales of goods" in the national unified qualification for fiscal 2026.
(3) Must not be listed under Article 32(1) of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Anti-Social Forces (Law No. 77 of 1991).
(4) Must prove a system for rapid after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
3. Submission details:

4. Other:
(1) Language and currency for contract procedures: Japanese and Japanese yen.
(2) Bid and contract guarantees are exempted.
(3) Bidders must submit sealed bids with documents proving ability to deliver the goods by the deadline. Bidders must respond to explanations requested by the president before the bid opening date.
(4) Invalid bids include those from ineligible bidders or those failing obligations.
(5) Contract document creation is required.
(6) Award method: The bidder judged capable of delivering the goods and submitting the lowest valid bid within the price limit set by Osaka Kyoiku University regulations will be awarded.
(7) No negotiation in procedures.
