The following is subject to open competitive bidding. Date: June 22, 2026. Procuring Entity: National University Corporation, Tokushima University, President Kawamura Yasuhiko. Procurement agency number: 415. Location number: 36. Item 3-1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 22, 31.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Full-body X-ray CT diagnostic system complete set.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: As per the bidding instructions.
(4) Delivery deadline: December 28, 2026.
(5) Delivery location: Tokushima University Hospital.
(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must enter in the bid form the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of consumption tax status.
2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Articles 5 and 6 of Tokushima University Contract Handling Regulations.
(2) Must have Grade A, B, or C qualification for 'sales of goods' in the Shikoku region for fiscal 2026 under the national unified qualification or Tokushima University qualification.
(3) Must prove a system for rapid after-sales service and maintenance.
(4) Must prove ability to deliver the goods at the date and place designated by the president.
(5) Must hold a license for selling medical devices under the Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices.
(6) Must not be under suspension of business by the president.
