1. The contract decision will be made by comprehensive evaluation; therefore, documents regarding performance, functionality, and technology for evaluation must be submitted.
2. The tender amount must include all costs to meet the specifications in addition to the purchased goods.
3. The contract price will be the tender amount plus consumption tax and local consumption tax (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state the amount excluding these taxes in the tender form regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for Participation
(1) Must have Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification grades A, B, or C for "sale of goods" and "provision of services" in the specified regions.
(2) Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization Contract Handling Rules.
(3) Must not fall under Article 6 of the Contract Handling Rules.
(4) Must have qualifications designated by the financial officer based on Article 4 of the Contract Handling Rules.
