(2) Contract Subject: Manufacture of a set of constant current regulator equipment for Yao Airport (electronic bidding target project)
(3) Performance Details: This manufacture involves producing a set of constant current regulator equipment for Yao Airport. Procurement equipment breakdown: - Constant Current Regulator SCR-35R: 2 units - Constant Current Regulator SCR-35RS: 1 unit - Constant Current Regulator SCR-35RW (OP-D/0): 1 unit - Constant Current Regulator SCR-35RW (OP-C/0): 1 unit - Constant Current Transformer CCT-5T2: 3 units - CCT storage panel: 1 face - CCT storage panel / cable switching panel: 1 face

2. Competitive Participation Qualifications:
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act.
(2) Must not fall under Article 71 of the same act.
(3) Must hold A grade qualification for 'Manufacture of goods' under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism competitive participation qualifications for FY2025-2027.
(4) Must not be subject to rehabilitation or reorganization procedures unless necessary steps have been taken to maintain qualification.
(5) Must not have been suspended from nomination by the Director-General of the West Japan Civil Aviation Bureau for construction contracts under the bureau's jurisdiction.
(6) Must not be excluded due to organized crime group involvement.
(7) Must meet the following: 1) Have manufacturing experience as a prime contractor for the procured goods since April 1, 2011, until the announcement date. 2) Have an after-sales service system including emergency contact (nighttime, holidays) and respond to maintenance personnel dispatch requests within 24 hours.
