The following items are subject to open competitive bidding. Date: June 24, 2026. Procuring Entity: Kiyohiro HOUKIN, President, The National University Corporation Hokkaido University. Procurement Agency Number: 415. Location Number: 01.
1. Procurement Details:
(1) Item Classification Number: 4.
(2) Subject and Quantity: One set of Vandefitemcel and one set of Onasemnogene Abeparvovec.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: As described in the bidding documents.
(4) Delivery Period: From September 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027.
(5) Delivery Location: Hokkaido University Hospital.
(6) Bidding Method: Bidders shall state the unit price per set. The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount; bidders must state the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for Participation:
(1) Must be rated Grade A, B, or C in the Hokkaido region for 'sales of goods' under national or Hokkaido University competitive qualifications for fiscal 2026. Applications accepted at designated government procurement offices or Hokkaido University Finance Department Procurement Section.
(2) Must prove possession of a license to sell regenerative medicine products under the Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices.
(3) Must prove ability to deliver the items at the date and place designated by the President.
(4) Must not be under suspension of business by the President.
3. Submission of Bids:

(3) Bid Submission Deadline: August 14, 2026, 17:00.
(4) Bid Opening Date and Location: August 27, 2026, 13:30, Hokkaido University Hospital Management Section Bidding Room.
4. Others:
(1) Language and Currency for Contract: Japanese and Japanese Yen.
(2) Bid and Contract Guarantees: Exempted.
