(2) Must have A, B, or C grade qualification in "sales of goods" and "provision of services" for fiscal 2026 in the Tokai-Hokuriku region under the national unified qualification system.
(3) Must prove a system for rapid after-sales service and maintenance for the procured goods.
(4) Must prove possession of permits for medical device sales and repair under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act.
(5) Must not be under transaction suspension by the contract officer.
