(2) Purchase subject and quantity: Complete prostate biopsy system.

(6) Bidding method: The bid amount shall include all costs required for delivery in addition to the purchase price of the goods. The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. 2 Eligibility for competition:

(4) Must prove permission for medical device sales under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act.
(5) Must prove a system for rapid after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
