The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: June 26, 2026. Contracting Officer: Osamu Yoneuchi, Director-General Administration Bureau, National Institute of Technology, Oita College. Procurement agency number: 593. Location number: 44.

(1) Item classification number: 26
(2) Purchase subject and quantity: Generative AI experimental server set
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: As per the tender specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: March 31, 2027
(5) Delivery location: National Institute of Technology, Oita College
(6) Tender method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in their bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Articles 4 and 5 of the National Institute of Technology Contract Handling Regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent may be exceptions.
(2) Must have A, B, or C grade qualification for 'sale of goods' in the Kyushu-Okinawa area for fiscal 2026 under the national unified qualification system.
(3) Must prove a system for rapid after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
(4) Must prove ability to deliver the goods at the designated time and place.
(5) Must have qualifications as determined by the contracting officer under Article 6 of the Contract Handling Regulations.
(6) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the contracting officer.
