Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). (1) Must not fall under Articles 3 and 4 of Nagasaki University contract handling regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship may participate if they have necessary consent.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the Kyushu/Okinawa region for 'sales of goods' in the national unified qualification for fiscal 2026.
(3) Must prove a system for rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured goods.
(4) Must prove ability to deliver the goods at the date and place designated by the President of Nagasaki University.
(5) Must prove possession of a medical device sales permit under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act.
(6) Must have qualifications designated by the President of Nagasaki University under Article 5 of the contract handling regulations.
(7) Must not be under transaction suspension by the President of Nagasaki University.
