1 Procurement details
(1) Item classification number: 21
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Complete set of LED lighting fixtures
(3) Delivery deadline: By February 28, 2027.
(4) Delivery location: National Hospital Organization Miyagi Hospital
(5) Bidding method: The bid amount must include all costs necessary to satisfy the contents stipulated in the bidding instructions and specifications. The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt entities.
2 Eligibility for participation
(1) Must have Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification for all ministries and agencies in the category of “sale of goods” at grade A, B, or C and have eligibility for the Tohoku region. Applications for this qualification are accepted at the application reception offices listed in the government procurement gazette dated March 31, 2026.
(2) Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization contract handling regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship who have obtained necessary consent for contract conclusion may be exceptions.
(3) Must not fall under Article 6 of the contract handling regulations.
(4) Must have qualifications determined by the responsible officer based on Article 4 of the contract handling regulations.
