Tender Notice:
The following is announced as an open competitive tender. Date: July 2, 2026. Responsible officer: Tanakaya Kouji, Director, National Hospital Organization Iwakuni Clinical Center. Procurement agency number: 597. Location number: 35.
1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 22, 31.
(2) Subject and quantity: Anesthesia System.
(3) Specifications: According to the tender explanation documents and specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: November 30, 2026.
(5) Delivery location: National Hospital Organization Iwakuni Clinical Center.
(6) Tender method: The successful bidder will be determined by open competitive tender (lowest price bid method). The bid amount shall include all costs required for delivery in addition to the purchase price. The winning price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (any fraction less than one yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in their bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of their tax status.

(2) Must have Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification grades A, B, or C for sales of goods and have competition eligibility in the Chugoku region.
(3) Must have qualifications specified by the responsible officer under Article 4 of the Contract Handling Regulations.

(4) Invalid bids: Bids from ineligible participants or those who fail to fulfill obligations will be invalid.

(6) Successful bidder: The bidder who submits valid bids within the price limit set by Article 21 of the Contract Handling Regulations and is judged capable of delivering the goods by the responsible officer will be awarded the contract.
