1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification number 16.
(2) Contract subject: Manufacture of a complete set of power receiving and distribution equipment for Kagoshima Airport (electronic bidding target project).
(3) Performance details: This manufacture is to produce a complete set of power receiving and distribution equipment due to aging of equipment installed at Kagoshima Airport. [Breakdown of procured equipment]: One incoming meter panel, one receiving panel, three feeder panels (road lighting, wireless I system distribution panel, CAB government building, etc.), two power factor correction capacitor panels, one lighting power switching panel, six I system and II system distribution panels (CCR, CCT transformer, fire department building, etc.), and one main lighting II system panel, total 15 panels. (4) The bidder must not be a person who has filed for rehabilitation procedures under the Corporate Rehabilitation Act or Civil Rehabilitation Act, except those who have taken necessary procedures to continue eligibility.
(5) The bidder must not have been suspended from nomination by the Director-General of the West Japan Civil Aviation Bureau between the submission deadline and the bid opening date based on the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's suspension measures.
(6) The bidder must not be a person who is substantially controlled by organized crime groups or equivalent, as requested for exclusion from public works by the police authorities, and such status must not continue.
(7) The bidder must meet the following requirements: Have a track record as a prime contractor manufacturing the procured goods or similar goods from April 1, 2011, to the announcement date. Procured goods refer to receiving or distribution panels connected to a nominal voltage of 6.6 kV. Similar goods refer to receiving panels, transformer panels, or distribution panels connected to nominal voltage of 6.6 kV or higher. Have an after-sales service system for the procured goods, including emergency contact system (including nights and holidays) and the ability to respond to maintenance personnel dispatch requests within 24 hours.
