The following is subject to open competitive bidding. Date: July 3, 2026. Contracting Officer: Naoki Hiramatsu, Director of the Japan Organization of Occupational Health and Safety Osaka Rosai Hospital. Procurement agency number: 621. Location number: 27. No. 33.
1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 22, 31.
(2) Purchase subject and quantity: One set of biplane angiography system.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: According to the tender documents and specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: November 30, 2026.
(5) Delivery location: Osaka Rosai Hospital.
(6) Bidding method: The bid price shall include all expenses necessary for delivery. The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2 Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act, except minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent.
(2) Must not fall under Article 71 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act.
(3) Must have grade A, B, C, or D in sales of goods under the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's unified qualification for all ministries, with eligibility in the Kinki region.
(4) Must prove registration as a medical device seller under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act.
(5) Must have other qualifications as required by the contracting officer.

(5) Bid opening: August 28, 2026, 11:00 at Osaka Rosai Hospital meeting room

4. Others:
(1) Language and currency for contract: Japanese and Japanese yen.
(2) Bid and contract guarantees are exempted.
(3) Bidders must submit sealed bids with documents proving ability to supply the goods by the bid deadline, and respond to explanations requested by the contracting officer before bid opening.
(4) Invalid bids include those from unqualified bidders or violating bid conditions.
(5) Contract document required.
(6) Award decision: The contracting officer will select the bidder who meets all mandatory performance requirements specified in the tender documents within the price limit set by internal accounting rules, based on comprehensive evaluation.
