(2) Subject and quantity: Expansion of academic data collection and publication infrastructure system.

Bidders must state in the bid form the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
(7) Eligibility: Bidders must not fall under disqualifications per Articles 5 and 6 of the National Institutes for the Humanities Contract Handling Regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent may be exceptions.
(8) Bidders must be rated A, B, or C in the 2026 national competitive qualification for the Kinki region for 'sale of goods'.
(9) If lending to third parties, bidders must prove ability to lend and maintain the goods.
(10) Bidders must have qualifications designated by the Director of the National Institutes for the Humanities per Article 7 of the Contract Handling Regulations.
(11) Bidders under suspension by the Director are disqualified.
