(2) Contract subject: Ramp Pass Management System Functional Construction Work (electronic bidding target).
2. Description:
This project involves system design and construction work for updating the ramp pass management system introduced to improve operational efficiency related to restricted area access approval and vehicle use approval at airports. Tasks include: 1) preparation of implementation plan; 2) system design; 3) procurement of cloud services; 4) procurement of equipment including 28 card printers, 260 PVC cards, 75 ink ribbons; 5) system construction; 6) testing; 7) initial data registration and initial settings; 8) training; 9) operational transition and support. Data held by the current system prepared by the authority will be input into the new system for operational transition. Equipment specifications are as per the tender specifications. Use of electronic procurement system: This project requires submission of applications and bids via the electronic procurement system. If electronic submission is difficult, paper bid participation consent must be submitted. Performance period: From the next business day after contract signing to March 31, 2027.
