1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 21.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Hospital Information System operation and maintenance service contract.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: According to the bidding instructions and specifications.
(4) Contract period: From October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2029.

(6) Bidding method: The winning bid will be decided by the lowest price method, and the bid amount shall include all costs required for performance for the total three-year period. The winning price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen are rounded down). Bidders shall enter 100/110 of the estimated contract amount in the bid form regardless of tax status.
2 Eligibility for competition:
(1) Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization contract handling regulations.
(2) Must not fall under Article 6 of the contract regulations.
(3) Must have the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare competition participation qualification (unified qualification for all ministries) in service provision grades A, B, or C, and have competition participation qualification in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region. The qualification application is accepted at designated offices as per the government procurement notice dated March 31, 2026.
(4) Must have qualifications designated by the responsible officer based on Article 4 of the contract regulations.
