The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: July 7, 2026. Financial Officer: Masayuki Emote, Director of National Hospital Organization Sendai Medical Center. Procurement agency number: 597. Location number: 04. No. 01515.
1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 22, 31.
(2) Purchase subject and quantity: Complete endoscope system.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: According to the tender documents and specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: According to the tender documents.
(5) Delivery location: National Hospital Organization Sendai Medical Center.
(6) Tender method: The bid amount shall include all costs necessary for delivery in addition to the purchase items. The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Eligibility: Must not fall under Article 5 or 6 of the National Hospital Organization contract handling rules. Must have Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification for “sale of goods” at grade A, B, or C with eligibility in the Tohoku region. Must prove notification of medical device sales business under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act. Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance. Must have qualifications designated by the financial officer under Article 4 of the contract rules.
