1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 22, 31.
(2) Purchase subject and quantity: 125 infusion pumps.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: According to the bidding instructions and specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: According to the bidding instructions.
(5) Delivery location: National Hospital Organization Sendai Medical Center.
(6) Bidding method: The bid amount shall include all costs required for delivery in addition to the purchase price. The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid form the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. 2-4 (1)-(6) Qualification for participation: Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization Contract Handling Regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship may participate if consent is obtained. Must not fall under Article 6 of the Contract Regulations. Must be rated A, B, or C for 'sale of goods' under the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification and have competitive participation rights in the Tohoku region. Applications accepted at designated government procurement offices. Must prove registration for medical device sales under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act. Must prove a system for prompt after-service and maintenance for the purchased goods. Must have qualifications designated by the responsible officer under Article 4 of the Contract Regulations.
