1. Procurement details:

(6) Bidding method: The bid amount shall be a total price. The winning bid price shall be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen shall be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
