1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 27.
(2) Specific services and quantities: Design and development work for applications for Joint Kiosk 2.0 and Walk-Through Gate 2.0 related to the development of the electronic travel authorization system.
(3) Specifications: According to the tender explanatory documents and specifications.

(3) Must be rated A or B in the Ministry of Justice's unified qualification for provision of services for fiscal years 2025-2027.
(4) Must have qualifications as determined by the obligating officer under Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
