The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: July 8, 2026. Responsible officer for expenditure commitment: IDE Eiji, Counsellor of the Accounts Division, Minister's Secretariat, Cabinet Office. Procurement agency number: 007. Location number: 13.
1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 29.
(2) Subject and quantity: Complete services for Government Cloud migration, functional improvement, and operation/maintenance of the land use status management system.

(6) Bidding method: The successful bidder will be selected by comprehensive evaluation bidding method; bidders must submit proposals as indicated in the bid explanation documents. The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
