The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: July 10, 2026. Official in charge of disbursement: Kuniharu TANABE, Counsellor of the Accounts Division, Digital Agency. Procurement agency number: 027. Location number: 13.
1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 27.
(2) Subject and quantity: Construction and maintenance of the network environment related to the migration to Government Solution Services of Probation offices under the Rehabilitation Bureau, 1 set.
(3) Specifications for the procurement subject: according to the tender documentation.
(4) Fulfillment period: according to the tender documentation.

(6) Tender method: The winner will be decided by comprehensive evaluation bidding method; bidders must submit technical proposal documents as indicated in the tender documentation. The winning price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.

Must not be under suspension based on the Digital Agency or other ministries' contract suspension rules. Must have qualifications as determined by the official in charge of disbursement. Deadline for bid submission: September 17, 2026, 12:00 (must arrive by then if mailed). Bid opening: September 18, 2026, 14:00 at Digital Agency bidding room. Language and currency: Japanese and Japanese yen. No bid or contract guarantee required. Bidders using paper must submit sealed bids with required documents by the deadline. Electronic bidders must submit bid data via the system by the deadline. Bidders must respond to explanations requested by the official in charge. Invalid bids: bids from ineligible bidders or those failing obligations will be invalid. Contract document required.
