The following is subject to open competitive bidding. July 10, 2026, National University Corporation Tokai National Higher Education and Research System Chancellor Seiichi Matsuo. Procurement agency number 415, location number 23. Item No. 3 - Gifu University

1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 22, 31
(2) Purchase subject and quantity: One set of general-purpose diagnostic ultrasound system
(3) Characteristics of procurement subject: According to the bidding instructions.
(4) Delivery deadline: December 28, 2026
(5) Delivery location: Gifu University Hospital
(6) Bidding method: The successful bidder will be determined by the lowest price bid method. The winning price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must enter in the bid form the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of consumption tax status.
2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Articles 3 and 4 of the Tokai National Higher Education and Research System contract handling regulations.
(2) Must have A, B, or C grade qualification for 'sales of goods' in the Tokai-Hokuriku region for fiscal 2026 under the national unified qualification or Tokai National Higher Education and Research System qualification. Application windows are open at designated offices.
(3) Must prove ability to deliver the goods at the specified date and place designated by the Chancellor.
(4) Must have qualifications as determined by the Chancellor under Article 5 of the contract handling regulations.
(5) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the Chancellor. Bidders must submit sealed bids with documents proving ability to deliver by the deadline. Bidders must respond to any explanations requested by the Chancellor before bid opening. Invalid bids include those from unqualified bidders or those failing obligations. Contract document required. Successful bidder determined by lowest valid bid within estimated price limits.
