Bidding Method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). (1) Must not fall under Articles 4 and 5 of Kochi University Contract Handling Regulations.
(2) Must have Grade A, B, or C qualification in manufacture or sales of goods for fiscal 2026 in the Shikoku region under national or Kochi University competitive participation qualifications.
(3) Must prove a system for rapid after-sale service and maintenance.
(4) Must prove ability to deliver the goods at the designated time and place.
(5) Must not be under suspension from transactions by the contracting officer.
