Characteristics of the procurement subject: As specified in the bidding documents. Delivery Deadline: February 26, 2027. Delivery Location: Kochi University Medical School. Bidding Method: The winning bid price will be determined by adding 10% of the bid amount to the bid amount stated in the bid form (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt entities for consumption tax and local consumption tax. Participation Qualifications:
(1) Must not fall under Articles 4 and 5 of Kochi University Contract Handling Regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship or assistance with necessary consent may be exceptions under special reasons.
(2) Must have a Grade A, B, C, or D qualification in the Shikoku region for manufacturing or sales of goods for fiscal 2026 under the national unified qualification or Kochi University qualification. Applications for these qualifications are accepted at designated government procurement offices and Kochi University Finance Department.
(3) Must prove a system for rapid after-sale service and maintenance is established.
(4) Must prove ability to deliver the goods at the designated time and place specified by the contracting officer.
(5) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the contracting officer.
