The National University Corporation Yamagata University Kojirakawa Campus Director Masaki Nakanishi hereby announces an open competitive tender as follows. Specifications are as per the tender explanatory documents. Fulfillment period: From November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2029. Fulfillment location: Places designated by the Kojirakawa Campus Director. Tender method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount; bidders must enter 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Must have A, B, or C grade qualification for service provision in the Tohoku region for fiscal 2026 under the national unified qualification system. Must meet qualifications set by the Kojirakawa Campus Director under Article 7 of the contract regulations. Must not be under transaction suspension by the university.
