1 Procurement details:

(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Media conversion work of images for preservation of digitized materials, one set

(6) Tender method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid form the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2 Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act. Minors or persons under guardianship who have obtained necessary consent may be exceptions.
(2) Must not fall under Article 71 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act.
(3) Must have a grade in the National Diet Library competitive participation qualification for fiscal years 2025-2027 in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region or have passed the qualification screening by the submission deadline. 3-5 Other conditions include no suspension of designation based on National Diet Library regulations, and other qualifications as determined by the expenditure commitment officer. Award method: The bidder judged capable of performing the work by the expenditure commitment officer and submitting the lowest valid bid within the price limit set by Article 79 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act will be awarded.
