Eligibility: Bidders must not fall under the disqualification provisions of Articles 4 and 5 of the Shiga University of Medical Science Contract Handling Regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship who have obtained necessary consent for contract conclusion may be eligible under special reasons. Bidders must be rated A, B, or C in the "sale of goods" category for the Kinki region in the national unified qualification for fiscal 2026. Bidders must prove they have a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods. Bidders must not be under suspension of transactions by the Director of Shiga University of Medical Science. (6) 契約書作成の要否要。 落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を納入できると国立大学法人滋賀医科大学長が判断した入札者であって、国立大学法人滋賀医科大学契約事務取扱規則第13条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で国立大学法人滋賀医科大学長が入札説明書で指定する性能、機能、技術等(以下「性能等」 という。)のうち必須とした項目の最低限の要求要件をすべて満たしている性能等を提案した入札者の中から、国立大学法人滋賀医科大学長が入札説明書で定める総合評価の方法をもって落札者を定める。 手続における交渉の有無無。 その他詳細は、入札説明書による。なお、 入札説明書等で当該調達に関する環境上の条件を定めた調達であると示されている場合は、十分理解した上で応札すること。
