The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). 2 Qualification for participation:

(3) Must have Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification Grade A, B, or C for manufacturing or sales of goods in the Tokai-Hokuriku region.
(4) Must prove registration as a medical device sales business under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act.
(5) Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
(6) Must have qualifications designated by the responsible officer based on Article 4 of the Contract Handling Rules.
