The following is subject to open competitive bidding. Date: July 13, 2026. Procuring entity: National University Corporation Nagasaki University, President Takeshi NAGAYASU. Procurement agency number: 415. Location number: 42. No. 12.
1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 22, 31.
(2) Subject and quantity: Single photon emission computed tomography system set.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: As described in the bidding documents.
(4) Delivery deadline: March 31, 2027.
(5) Delivery location: Nagasaki University Hospital.
(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen are truncated). Bidders must enter in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2 Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Articles 3 and 4 of Nagasaki University Contract Handling Regulations. Minors, persons under guardianship or assistance who have obtained necessary consent may participate.
(2) Must hold Grade A, B, or C qualification for 'sales of goods' in the Kyushu-Okinawa region for fiscal 2026 under the national unified qualification system. Applications accepted at designated offices as per government procurement notices.
(3) Must prove a system for rapid after-sales service and maintenance for the procured goods.
(4) Must prove ability to deliver the goods at the date and place designated by the President of Nagasaki University.
(5) Must hold a license for sales of medical devices under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act.
(6) Must have qualifications as prescribed by Nagasaki University Contract Handling Regulations Article 5.
(7) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the President of Nagasaki University. Bid and contract guarantees are exempted. Bidders must submit sealed bids with documents proving ability to deliver the goods by the deadline. Bidders must respond to explanations requested by the President of Nagasaki University before bid opening. Invalid bids include those from ineligible bidders or those failing obligations. Contract document required. Winning bid determined by lowest valid bid within the price limit as judged by the President of Nagasaki University. No negotiation in procedures.
