The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: July 14, 2026. Responsible Officer: Fukunaga Tetsuro, Director of the Science and Technology Innovation Promotion Office. Procurement agency number: 007. Location number: 13.
1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 27.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Comprehensive information security audit, vulnerability inspection, and penetration testing services for the fiscal year 2026 common government research and development management system (e-Rad).

(6) Bidding method: The bid price must include all costs required for this procurement. The winning bid will be determined by adding 10% of the bid amount to the bid price (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated), and bidders must state 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
(7) Use of electronic bidding system: This procurement is subject to the government electronic procurement system (GEPS). Those unable to use electronic bidding may submit paper bids as specified in the bidding documents. Eligibility: Must not fall under Article 70 or 71 of the Budget and Accounting Act.
