1. Procurement Details:
(1) Item Classification Number: 71.
(2) Subject and Quantity: Comprehensive maintenance of hospital information system.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: According to the tender documents and specifications.
(4) Performance Period: From October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2033.
(5) Performance Location: National Hospital Organization Miechuo Medical Center.
(6) Tender Method: The successful bidder will be determined by the lowest price method. The winning price will be the bid amount plus an additional 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of their tax status.
2. Eligibility for Participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization Contract Handling Regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship who have obtained necessary consent for contract conclusion may be exceptions under special reasons.
(2) Must not fall under Article 6 of the same regulations.
(3) Must have Grade A, B, or C in Service Offer qualification for participation in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (unified qualification for all ministries and agencies) in the Tokai-Hokuriku region.
(4) Must have qualifications designated by the responsible officer based on Article 4 of the contract regulations. Bid opening: September 8, 2026, 11:00, 2nd floor, Regional Medical Training Center, Management Building. Language and currency for contract procedures: Japanese and Japanese yen. No bid or contract guarantee required. Bidders must submit sealed bid forms with documents proving capability to supply the specified goods by the deadline. Bidders must respond to any explanations requested by the responsible officer before the bid opening date. Invalid bids include those from ineligible participants or those who fail to fulfill required obligations.
