1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 22, 31.
(2) Subject and quantity: Complete operating microscope system.
(3) Specifications: According to the tender explanation document and specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: October 31, 2026 (details in tender documents).
(5) Delivery location: National Hospital Organization Shinshuueda Medical Center.
(6) Bidding method: The bid price shall include all costs related to the purchase and delivery. The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen are rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid form the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2 Eligibility for competition:

(4) Must prove possession of a medical device sales license under the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law.
(5) Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
(6) Must have qualifications as determined by the responsible officer under Article 4 of the Contract Regulations.
