(3) Specifications and tender documents govern the procurement details. Delivery deadline: March 31, Reiwa 9 (2027). Delivery location: place designated by the Faculty of Medicine Hospital Director. Tender method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount; bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Bid and contract guarantees are exempted. Bidders must submit sealed bids with documents proving ability to deliver the goods by the deadline. Bidders must respond to explanations requested by the hospital director before bid opening. Invalid bids include those from unqualified bidders or those failing obligations. Contract document required. Award method: The hospital director will select the bidder judged capable of delivering the goods and offering the lowest valid bid within the price limit set by Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Yamagata University Contract Handling Regulations.
