(6) Bidding method: The successful bidder will be determined by comprehensive evaluation bidding method. Participants must submit a bid form and documents related to performance, functions, and technology for comprehensive evaluation (hereinafter referred to as "documents for comprehensive evaluation"). The bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Eligibility: Bidders must not fall under Article 70 or 71 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act, except minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent. Must have Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification for "sale of goods" with medical equipment grade A, B, C, or D and have competitive qualification in the Shikoku region. Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance. Must prove a license for medical device sales under the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. Other qualifications as required by the contracting officer.
