77. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification number: 24.
(2) Subject and quantity: One set of constant temperature and humidity chambers for type testing of water meters and cumulative heat meters.
(3) Delivery deadline: February 26, 2027.
(4) Delivery location: as specified in the tender documents.
(5) Tender method: Competitive bidding for the subject in (2). The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid form the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
(6) Eligibility: Bidders must not fall under Articles 7 and 8 of AIST's contract handling rules. Bidders must be rated A, B, or C for manufacturing or sales of goods under AIST's qualification system. Those with equivalent qualifications under the unified government qualification system are deemed qualified. Bidders must not be under suspension based on AIST's contract suspension rules during the bidding period. Technologically capable small and medium enterprises meeting certain criteria may participate regardless of rating.
