1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 22, 31.
(2) Subject and quantity: Complete endoscope camera system.
(3) Specifications: According to the bidding documents and specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: January 31, 2027.
(5) Delivery location: National Hospital Organization Ehime Medical Center.
(6) Bidding method: The bid amount must include all costs necessary to fulfill the subject of purchase within the period specified in (4). The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen are rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid form the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2 Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization contract handling rules.
(2) Must not fall under Article 6 of the contract rules.
(3) Must be rated A, B, or C for 'sale of goods' under the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification and have competition eligibility in the Shikoku region. Applications accepted at designated government procurement offices.
(4) Must have qualifications designated by the accounting officer under Article 4 of the contract rules. Bidders must submit sealed bids with documents proving ability to fulfill the purchase subject by the deadline. Bidders must respond to inquiries from the accounting officer regarding submitted documents before bid opening. Invalid bids include those from ineligible bidders or those who fail to fulfill required obligations. Contract formation: The lowest valid bid within the estimated price limit will be awarded unless the bidder is deemed unable to fulfill the contract or awarding the contract would disrupt fair trade order, in which case the next lowest bidder may be awarded.
