General competitive bidding will be conducted as follows. Date: July 21, 2026. Procuring entity: Hamamatsu Medical University, Hitoshi MINUMA. Procurement content:

(2) Subject and quantity: Complete maternal and fetal intensive monitoring system.

(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen are truncated). Bidders must state 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Qualification requirements include compliance with Hamamatsu Medical University contract regulations, classification in the Tokai-Hokuriku region for goods sales in fiscal 2026, proof of rapid after-sales service and maintenance system, certification for medical device sales under relevant laws, and no suspension of transactions by the director. Invalid bids include those from unqualified bidders or those failing obligations. Contract document required. The successful bidder will be the qualified lowest bidder within the price limit set by university regulations. No negotiation in the procedure. Further details in bidding documents.
