The following is subject to open competitive bidding. Date: July 21, 2026. Procuring entity: Tokai National Higher Education and Research System, Director SEIICHI MATSUBO. Procurement agency number: 415. Location number: 23. No. 27 - Nagoya University. Procurement details:
(1) Product classification numbers 22, 31.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Digital mammography X-ray imaging system complete set.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: As described in the bidding documents.
(4) Delivery deadline: March 31, 2027.
(5) Delivery location: Location designated by the Director.
(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
(2) Eligibility for participation: Must not fall under disqualifications in Articles 3 and 4 of the Tokai National Higher Education and Research System's contract handling rules. Must have grade A, B, or C in the national or Tokai regional qualification for sales of goods in fiscal year 2026. Must prove a license for general sales of pharmaceuticals under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act. Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance. Must have qualifications designated by the Director under Article 5 of the contract handling rules. Must not be under suspension of transactions by the Director. Bid submission deadline: August 26, 2026, 16:00. Bid opening: September 30, 2026, 13:40, same location as briefing. Language and currency: Japanese and Japanese yen. Bid and contract guarantees are exempted. Bidders must submit sealed bids with documents proving ability to supply the goods by the deadline. Bidders must respond to explanations requested by the Director before bid opening. Invalid bids include those from unqualified bidders or those failing obligations. Contract document required. The winner is the qualified bidder with the lowest valid bid within the estimated price limit. No negotiation in the procedure. Other details as per bidding documents.
