Bid submission deadline: September 11, 2026, 17:00. Bid opening date and place: September 17, 2026, 13:30, National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology Headquarters (Chiba area), Tender Office. Language and currency for procedures: Japanese and Japanese currency. Bid and contract guarantees are exempted. Bidders must submit sealed bids with documents proving ability to deliver the items by the deadline. Bidders must respond to explanations requested by the institution before bid opening. Invalid bids include those from ineligible bidders or those failing obligations. Contract document required. Award method: The bidder judged capable of delivering the items within the price limit set by the institution and offering the lowest valid bid will be awarded. No negotiation in procedures.
