The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: July 23, 2026. Contracting Officer: Youji Mikami, Director of Japan Organization of Occupational Health and Safety Yokohama Rosai Hospital. Procurement agency number: 621. Location number: 14. No. 42.
1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 22, 31.
(2) Subject and quantity: Comprehensive upgrade and maintenance of the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system console, one set.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: According to the tender documents and specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: December 31, 2026.
(5) Delivery location: Yokohama Rosai Hospital.
(6) The tender method includes all expenses necessary for delivery. The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Bidders must submit sealed bids with documents proving eligibility and capability to supply the goods by the deadline. If requested by the contracting officer before the bid opening date, bidders must respond to explanations. Invalid bids include those from ineligible bidders or those violating bid conditions. Contract document preparation is required. The successful bidder will be the one judged capable of supplying the goods and offering the lowest valid bid within the estimated price limits according to the accounting rules of the Japan Organization of Occupational Health and Safety.
