1. Procurement content:
(1) Item classification numbers 11, 16, 21.
(2) Purchase subject and quantities: 1 Valve-regulated stationary lead-acid battery MSE-150, 84 units; 2 Valve-regulated stationary lead-acid battery MSE-50-12, 56 units; 3 Valve-regulated stationary lead-acid battery MSE-100-6, 63 units; 4 Generator set N-PU-86D-1, 1 set; 5 Generator set N-PU-89D, 1 set; 6 Power supply unit (ESM-17/trailer), 1 unit; 7 Power supply unit (AC90KVA/self-propelled), 3 units; 8 Power supply unit (DC800A/trailer), 1 unit.

Eligibility: Bidders must not fall under Article 70 or 71 of the Budget Auditing and Accounting Act. Bidders must have the required qualification grades for the Kanto-Koshinetsu region for fiscal years Reiwa 7, 8, and 9. Bidders must not be under suspension measures based on the Ministry of Defense procurement regulations.
