1 Procurement details:

(6) Bidding method: The successful bidder will be determined by a comprehensive evaluation method, therefore:

1. Submit documents related to performance, functions, and technology (hereinafter referred to as "documents for comprehensive evaluation").

2. The bid submitted must include all direct costs related to the procurement subject, including equipment, materials, machinery, transportation, and all other expenses required for the contract.

3. The successful bidder will be determined by adding 10% of the bid amount to the bid amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated), and bidders must submit a bid amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Eligibility: Must not fall under Article 6 or 7 of the National Cancer Center contract handling regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent are exceptions. Must have a qualification certificate with rating A, B, or C for manufacturing or sales of goods and have competition eligibility in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region. Must be enrolled in social insurance and have no arrears in insurance premiums for the past two years.
