The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: July 27, 2026. Tokushima University, President Yasukuni Kawamura. Procurement agency number 415. Location number 36. No. 10.
1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 27.
(2) Subject and quantity: Comprehensive integration work for secondary use system.
(3) Characteristics of procurement subject: As described in the tender specifications.
(4) Performance deadline: March 31, 2027.
(5) Performance location: Tokushima University Hospital.
(6) Tender method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2 Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under disqualification provisions of Tokushima University contract handling regulations Articles 5 and 6.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the Shikoku region for 'service provision etc.' in either the national unified qualification or Tokushima University qualification for fiscal 2026. Applications accepted at designated offices.
(3) Must prove a system for rapid after-service related to the implementation work.
(4) Must not be under transaction suspension by the university president.

(2) Tender specifications distributed from date of this notice at above location. 4-5 Other conditions: Bid receipt deadline September 16, 2026, 17:00. Bid opening October 23, 2026, 14:30 at Tokushima University Hospital bidding room/conference room. Language and currency: Japanese and Japanese yen. No bid or contract guarantee required. Bidders must submit sealed bids with documents proving ability to perform the specified services by the deadline. Bidders must respond to explanations requested by the university president before bid opening. Invalid bids include those from unqualified bidders or those failing obligations. Contract document required. Winner determined by lowest valid bid within price limits judged capable by the president. No negotiation in procedure. Other details per tender specifications. If environmental conditions are specified in the tender documents, bidders should fully understand before applying.
