The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: July 27, 2026. Tokushima University President Kawamura Yasuhiko. Procurement agency number 415. Location number 36. No. 9.
1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 27.
(2) Purchase subject and quantity: Full implementation work of a medical information collaboration platform.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: According to the tender specifications.
(4) Performance deadline: March 31, 2027.
(5) Performance location: Tokushima University Hospital.
(6) Tender method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of consumption tax status.
2 Eligibility for competition:
(1) Must not fall under Articles 5 and 6 of Tokushima University Contract Handling Regulations.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the Shikoku region for 'service provision, etc.' in either the national unified qualification or Tokushima University qualification for FY 2026. Applications for these qualifications are accepted at designated government procurement offices and Tokushima University Accounting Section.
(3) Must prove a system for prompt after-service related to the implementation work.

Bidders must submit sealed bids with documents proving capability to perform the specified services by the deadline. Bidders must respond to explanations requested by the president before the bid opening date. Invalid bids include those from ineligible bidders or those failing required obligations. Contract creation is required. The winner is the bidder judged capable by the president and offering the lowest valid bid within the estimated price limit. No negotiation in the procedure.
