9. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 22, 31.
(2) Purchase subject and quantity: 1 set of stereotactic brain surgery planning station, 1 set of automated immunostaining device.
(3) Characteristics of procurement subject: as described in the bidding documents.
(4) Delivery deadline: March 31, 2027 (Wednesday).
(5) Delivery location: University of the Ryukyus Hospital.
(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen are rounded down). Bidders must enter in the bid form the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Eligibility: Must not fall under Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the University of the Ryukyus accounting implementation regulations. Must be rated A, B, or C grade for 'sale of goods' in the Kyushu-Okinawa region in the national unified qualification system for this fiscal year. Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods. Must prove ability to deliver the goods at the date and place designated by the University President. Must prove possession of a medical device sales permit under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act. Must not be under suspension of transactions by the University President. Award method: The University President will award the contract to the lowest valid bidder within the estimated price limit who can deliver the goods. No negotiation in the procedure.
