(2) Purchase subject and quantity: Inspection Department System (installment purchase) complete set.

(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Eligibility: Bidders must not fall under disqualifications per Articles 4 and 5 of Kochi University Contract Handling Rules. Minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent may participate under special reasons. Bidders must be rated A, B, or C in the Shikoku region for 'manufacture or sale of goods' under national or Kochi University competitive qualifications for fiscal 2026. These qualifications are accepted at designated government procurement offices or at Kochi University Finance Department. Bidders must prove a system for rapid after-sales service and maintenance. Bidders must prove ability to deliver the goods at the designated time and place. Bidders must have permission to sell medical devices under the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act.
